Training Coordinator - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Septeo. What You'll Do
- Identify training needs by analyzing skill gaps in collaboration with managers and teams.
- Organize sessions to gather training requirements across departments.
- Develop and coordinate the annual training plan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Plan and implement training activities, managing priorities and budgets effectively.
- Select and manage external training providers, ensuring high-quality delivery of training programs.
- Coordinate the activities of internal and external trainers, overseeing the design and updates of training materials.
- Monitor and evaluate training sessions, ensuring administrative and logistical support is in place.
- Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and gather feedback from participants and managers.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to standardize training practices across the organization.
- Stay updated on new trends in training and development to enhance our offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training or learning and development role.
- Strong understanding of the challenges and trends in professional training.
- Familiarity with legislative and regulatory changes affecting professional training.
- Proficient in instructional design principles and capable of applying them in program development.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess training needs and recommend effective solutions.
- Strong organizational and adaptability skills to manage multiple projects independently.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a positive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving.
