About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate people to join our resort team at Butlin’s during our busiest periods throughout the year. This Seasonal Resort Team Member role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a fun and fast-paced environment while being part of a friendly team. As a Seasonal Resort Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding experiences for our guests by working across a variety of departments, ensuring high standards of service and helping our resort operate smoothly during peak demand.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by assisting in various departments including Lifeguard teams, Fairground, Sports, Bars, and Quick Service and Restaurant operations.
• Ensure high standards of service and support the smooth operation of the resort during busy periods.
• Participate in full training and ongoing development to build confidence and gain the necessary skills for success.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive and friendly team to create a vibrant resort atmosphere.
• Maintain flexibility in your schedule, as shifts will cover both weekdays and weekends, including evenings.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with people.
• No previous experience required; full training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
• Flexibility in availability for shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to engage fully in all aspects of resort life.

Nice to Have

• Experience in customer service or hospitality roles is a plus.
