SAP Support Expert (PP) - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented SAP Support Expert (PP) remote to join our dynamic team at Lesaffre. As a key player in the fermentation industry, Lesaffre is committed to nourishing and protecting the planet. In this role, you will analyze and resolve issues reported by users of the Lesaffre Core Model SAP system, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive information about the Lesaffre Core Model to users.
• Guide users through the SAP system, resolving relevant support requests efficiently.
• Identify workarounds and design final solutions by considering best practices and company rules.
• Execute necessary changes in configuration and lead processes involving developers.
• Perform and lead testing, utilizing ABAP debugging skills as needed.
• Coordinate and supervise external resources to ensure project success.
• Participate in projects as required, contributing your expertise to enhance system functionality.
• Guarantee adherence to LCM (Lesaffre Core Model) rules by supervising implementation projects.
• Finetune SAP setup and advise developers on necessary changes to custom developments.
• Maintain master data and ensure its accuracy within the SAP system.
• Be willing to travel occasionally to support project needs.

Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5 years or more of experience in SAP PP, with a strong understanding of SAP PP-PI and QM modules.
• Experience with PM, FIORI, and S4 HANA is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Possess a holistic attitude, able to understand the big picture while narrowing down to provide optimal solutions.
• Demonstrate an analytical mindset and be a fast learner.
• Exhibit customer and solution-oriented skills with efficient communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience in related SAP modules.
• Knowledge of best practices in SAP support.
