About the Role

We are seeking a talented SAP Data & Analytics Consultant - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analytics and SAP technologies to drive data-driven decision-making processes across various business units. As a remote consultant, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to impactful analytics solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement data models using SAP Datasphere and SAP BW/4HANA to support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Utilize SAP HANA Modelling, ABAP CDS, and SQL-based Modelling to create efficient data pipelines.
  • Develop and deploy analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI to visualize key metrics.
  • Conduct transactional analysis and predictive techniques to optimize data-driven strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance, validation, and mapping align with business objectives.
  • Engage in ETL and ELT processes to streamline data integration and management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in agile project management methodologies to deliver timely and effective analytics solutions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as an SAP Data & Analytics Consultant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP HANA Modelling.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and R for data analysis and modeling.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Familiarity with data governance, validation, and mapping processes.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Alteryx for data preparation and blending.
  • Knowledge of data-driven optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
