What You'll Do

• Generate new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients.
• Support the Residential Sales Team by booking valuations and following up on feedback.
• Maintain and enhance our social media presence to attract new customers.
• Assist in property viewings and inspections to ensure a smooth process.
• Liaise with tenants, landlords, and the Property Management Department to facilitate transactions.
• Ensure all databases are kept up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation and a team player mentality.
• A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
• No prior property experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
