About the Role

We are seeking a talented SAP Data & Analytics Consultant - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analytics to deliver actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making across various business functions. As a remote consultant, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to our innovative projects.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement data models using SAP Datasphere and SAP BW/4HANA to support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Utilize SAP HANA Modelling and ABAP CDS for efficient data retrieval and processing.
  • Develop and maintain SQL-based models for data analysis and reporting.
  • Create visualizations and dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI to present insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data strategy and governance frameworks.
  • Conduct transactional analysis and apply predictive techniques to enhance business performance.
  • Implement ETL and ELT processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Drive data-driven optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a data analyst or consultant, preferably in SAP environments.
  • Proficiency in SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP HANA Modelling.
  • Strong skills in SQL, Python, and R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with data governance, validation, and mapping principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with Alteryx for data preparation and analysis.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management.
  • Familiarity with data-driven optimization techniques.
