Salesforce Consultant - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Consultant remote to join our dynamic team at Swans. If you love getting into the weeds of Salesforce and making it actually work for the people using it, this is your role. You will be responsible for hands-on configuration, end-to-end system ownership, and real deployment that transforms how our clients run their sales and operations.

What You'll Do

• Configure, deploy, and optimize Salesforce environments to ensure they drive results.
• Own implementations end-to-end from scoping and design through build, testing, and adoption.
• Work across core pillars of Salesforce deployment including custom objects, workflows, automation, reporting, integrations, and user setup.
• Gather requirements, design configurations, and work directly with client teams to drive adoption.
• Transform messy, underutilized CRMs into operational backbones for businesses.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of hands-on Salesforce configuration and implementation experience.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform and ability to work autonomously.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or agencies is a strong plus.
• Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certification preferred.
• Fluency in professional English at a minimum B2 level.

Nice to Have

• Experience with integration/automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n).
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Portfolio or examples of past implementations preferred.
