About the Role

Inhubber is seeking a dedicated individual for the Sales Representative for SaaS & B2B Sales - Remote position. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with customers and manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closure. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the B2B sales pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring that you contribute significantly to our business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Engage in the sales process from initial contact to contract closure, ensuring a smooth transition for potential clients.
  • Maintain and expand the B2B sales pipeline in HubSpot, utilizing your organizational skills to track progress effectively.
  • Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone to reach potential customers.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential customers to discuss their needs and how our solutions can meet them.
  • Conduct product presentations and live demos for various target groups, showcasing the value of our SaaS solutions.
  • Analyze sales activities to improve processes and success rates, continuously seeking ways to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and management for optimized outreach, ensuring alignment on messaging and strategy.
  • Work independently with a structured and results-oriented approach, demonstrating your ability to manage your time and tasks effectively.

Requirements

  • Excellent to native-level German (C2) is required for effective communication with clients.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) is essential.
  • Enjoyment of phone communication and a persuasive demeanor to engage potential clients.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and systems, demonstrating flexibility in your approach.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, or Sales Navigator is helpful but not required.
  • A reliable internet connection for seamless online meetings and customer calls is necessary.
