About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer (Remote) to join Avant Tech's expanding network of Sales & Recruitment Partners. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build your own recruiting business while being supported by a premier staffing brand. As a Sales Officer (Remote), you will develop relationships with new and existing clients within the IT and other verticals, identifying their hiring needs and delivering qualified candidates that meet their expectations.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to placement.
- Represent Avant Tech’s brand at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to align business goals and strategies.
- Utilize your existing network in the industry to drive sales and recruitment efforts.
- Connect talent with opportunity, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
Requirements
- Driven sales or recruiting professional with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Experience in recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
