About the Role
Ashby is hiring a full-time Sales Manager - Mid-Market EMEA to join our dynamic team, working remotely from Europe. In this role, you will lead our sales efforts in the mid-market segment across the EMEA region, driving growth and expanding our customer base. As a Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and help shape our sales strategy.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the mid-market segment.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
