About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Associate Director, Digital Strategy to join our innovative team at Monks. This remote position focuses on enhancing B2B client engagements through strategic digital marketing initiatives. As an Associate Director, Digital Strategy, you will play a crucial role in developing full-funnel paid media strategies that drive pipeline impact and revenue outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead strategy and client communications for enterprise and mid-market B2B accounts.
• Focus on client growth, retention, and roadmap development.
• Architect integrated media plans across various digital channels.
• Translate sales and marketing objectives into clear paid media strategies.
• Guide media forecasting and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with data teams to optimize business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for channel expansion and creative testing.
• Ensure alignment between campaign strategy and client messaging.

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience focused on B2B performance strategy.
• Proven success with paid media programs for B2B clients.
• Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and account-based strategies.
• Experience with CRM data and sales metrics.
• Skilled in media forecasting and budget allocation.
• Comfortable presenting strategy and performance insights to executives.
• Collaborative leader with a focus on team success.
• Strategic thinker with a performance mindset.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
