Sales Manager - Digital Marketing (Remote)
About the Role
Join Affluent Hub as a Sales Manager - Digital Marketing (Remote) and take charge of driving client acquisition in a fully remote environment. This role is pivotal in helping us achieve our ambitious growth targets by consistently delivering 3–4 new digital marketing clients each month.
What You'll Do
- Hit acquisition targets: Close a minimum of 3–4 new retained clients monthly.
- Engage in end-to-end lead generation through various channels including LinkedIn outreach, cold/email campaigns, referrals, webinars, partnerships, and niche communities.
- Qualify and nurture leads by conducting discovery calls, assessing fit, and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
- Develop proposals in collaboration with our strategy team and negotiate terms to finalize agreements.
- Manage CRM systems like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce to maintain accurate records and track stages of the sales process.
- Monitor market and competitor insights to position Affluent Hub as the smarter choice in performance marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign success for new clients.
- Provide weekly updates on pipeline status, deals closed, and forecasts for the upcoming month.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B client acquisition or business development within digital marketing, ad tech, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly client acquisition targets, ideally closing at least 3 new clients per month.
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, capable of thriving in a fully remote work environment.
- Strong networking abilities and the capacity to build rapport virtually.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling performance marketing or AI-driven solutions.
- Familiarity with key performance indicators such as CPL, ROAS, and LTV:CAC.
- Background in account-based marketing (ABM) or strategic partnerships.
- Existing network in target verticals such as real estate, F&B, or healthcare.
