About the Role

Join TEACHY Schweiz AG as a Sales Intern in this exciting remote opportunity! This Sales Internship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in B2C sales within the EdTech sector. As a Sales Intern, you will engage in transforming learning paths for students, while also preparing for a potential permanent position as a Sales Closer or Account Executive.

What You'll Do

  • Learn and apply the NEPQ-based consulting system to enhance your sales skills.
  • Independently manage B2C deals, guiding clients through the sales process.
  • Qualify and advise clients using a comprehensive needs analysis.
  • Structure offers and secure closures to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain your sales pipeline and KPIs using Pipedrive.
  • Participate in onboarding and matching processes to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Iterate on sales scripts and playbooks to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Work flexible hours that prioritize your personal growth and learning.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at a university (Bachelor or Master).
  • Strong sales drive with a hunter mindset.
  • Fluent in German (C1/C2); Swiss German is a plus.
  • Open to feedback and eager to improve your skills.
  • Reliable in managing tasks and appointments effectively.
  • Available to start immediately.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems.
  • Interest in the EdTech industry and its trends.
