What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently at the counter or through table service.
• Ensure that every guest has a positive and memorable dining experience.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests with a smile, ensuring everything meets their satisfaction.
• Assist with seating arrangements and maintain a clean, organized dining area.
• Handle payments and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are what matter most!

Nice to Have

• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
