Remote Facility Supervisor - Cleaning Services

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Facility Supervisor to oversee cleaning teams across multiple locations in Herning, Viborg, and Silkeborg. This role is perfect for someone who is thorough, responsible, and quality-conscious. As a Facility Supervisor, you will not only manage daily service delivery but also take on leadership responsibilities and supervise staff to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and meet customer expectations.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Plan and coordinate daily cleaning operations across various sites.
• Manage materials and perform light administrative tasks.
• Train new employees on cleaning methods, ergonomics, and workplace safety.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Adapt work schedules to meet customer needs, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Drive between locations, utilizing a company vehicle provided for your convenience.

Requirements

• Experience in cleaning or facility management.
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in Danish, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver’s license (Category B) and a clean criminal record.

Nice to Have

• Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning or facility management role.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the workplace.
