What You'll Do

• Welcome guests into the main bar and rooftop bar, providing outstanding service.
• Take reservations and manage guest inquiries with professionalism.
• Produce quality cocktails and beverages, showcasing your bartending skills.
• Maintain a sufficient level of knowledge regarding our beer, wine, and spirit offerings.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth operation during service hours.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for creating exceptional experiences for guests.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-end bar setting.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
