Manager, Project Management - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Manager, Project Management to join our fully remote team at Make-A-Wish America. As a Manager, Project Management, you will play a crucial role in guiding projects from intake through delivery, ensuring that we continue to grant life-changing wishes for children in need. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with creative and brand stakeholders, making a significant impact on our mission.

What You'll Do

• Oversee multiple projects from both tactical and strategic perspectives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Improve processes, workflows, and team efficiency to enhance project outcomes.
• Coordinate project efforts and resources effectively across various teams.
• Facilitate discussions and represent marketing approaches to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Communicate project status and performance indicators to leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and think creatively to solve challenges and drive project success.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and manage resources efficiently.
• Leverage your experience in production or video management to enhance project quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project or account management, preferably in a nonprofit or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline is required.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience in data reporting for project communication.
• Familiarity with creative development processes and project management software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in production or video management.
• Familiarity with nonprofit project management.
• Knowledge of fundraising and community engagement strategies.
