Associate Director, Sales Engineering - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Sales Engineering to join our team remotely. In this role, you will support the OmniCommerce Sales Team by delivering customized solution demos and collaborating with cross-functional teams to close deals. As an Associate Director, Sales Engineering, you will leverage your expertise to help clients understand the value of our solutions in a complex marketplace.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a platform and solution expert for the OmniCommerce Sales Team.
• Deliver customized solution demos and support hands-on Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Maintain expertise in Discover and collaborate with product teams to enhance offerings.
• Support selling moments requiring methodological or data fluency.
• Work alongside account leads to close deals with your technical knowledge.
• Translate client pain points into actionable demo narratives that resonate with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong communication and storytelling skills to simplify complex data into compelling value propositions.
• Remain calm and adaptable under pressure during live demos.

Requirements

• 6–7+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), analytics, or consulting.
• Strong storytelling and technical demo skills.
• Familiarity with shopper, panel, or household-level data.
• Knowledge of the Amazon and digital commerce landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a Sales Engineer or Solutions Consultant role.
• Proven track record of closing deals in a technical capacity.
