About the Role

We are seeking a Fully Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Autism Parenting Magazine. This role offers you the chance to make a significant impact while working from anywhere in the world. As a Fully Remote Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional support to families affected by autism, ensuring they receive the resources and assistance they need.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver outstanding email and chat support with timely, accurate, and empathetic responses as a Fully Remote Customer Service Representative.
  • Document customer interactions, track issues, and escalate complex inquiries as needed.
  • Respond to social media messages and comments professionally, enhancing our community engagement.
  • Attend and present onboarding sessions via Zoom, fostering a welcoming environment for new customers.
  • Perform tasks such as data entry and email outreach to support our operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Communicate clearly during meetings, with camera use encouraged to foster connection.
  • Work core hours of 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Eastern European Time, with occasional weekend coverage as needed.

Requirements

  • Passion for helping people and delivering exceptional service as a Fully Remote Customer Service Representative.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Ability to work reliably during US hours, ensuring timely support.
  • Experience in customer service roles, showcasing your ability to handle diverse inquiries.
