What You'll Do

  • Execute RPA development tasks in collaboration with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest RPA trends and technologies to ensure best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the organization.
  • Promote the Quality Assurance process through active participation in strategic initiatives.
  • Document RPA solutions, including system dependencies and bugs, ensuring technical accuracy.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams during the development and sustainment of RPA solutions.
  • Manage communications effectively across the organization and with vendors.
  • Identify and communicate risks associated with RPA implementations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in Robotic Process Automation.
  • At least two years’ experience developing and deploying UiPath solutions.
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript programming.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and RPA governance.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, GIT Source Control, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate while addressing technical challenges.
  • UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with data reporting tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum/Kanban teams.
  • Knowledge of automated testing tools and methodologies.
