Data Analyst - Remote Opportunity at OBRIO

$60K–$80K/year

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst remote to join our dynamic team at OBRIO, a product IT company within the Genesis ecosystem. OBRIO is the creator of Nebula, the largest spirituality brand with over 70 million users. Our journey began with just 8 enthusiasts and has now grown to a team of over 300 professionals dedicated to creating impactful solutions that touch lives globally. Over the past 6+ years, Nebula has evolved from an idea into a platform that is part of the daily lives of millions across more than 60 countries, supported by over 1500 experts. Our annual marketing budget is measured in tens of millions of dollars, enabling us to scale globally. This success is attributed to our team, which has become a true lovemark brand with the highest eNPS as recognized by Forbes.

Currently, we are on a mission to become the first Ukrainian unicorn by creating a large-scale global product in the niche of spiritual self-development, which will etch our names in history. To achieve this, we are seeking a Data Analyst remote who will help us establish the analytical foundation for this new direction and transform data into strategic decisions. We already have a robust data infrastructure: a modern tech stack, ETL processes, and we operate under a Data Mesh approach with a team of 15 analysts eager to share expertise and mentor.

In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Data Analyst, Rusya Mohylnaya, who has progressed from a Junior specialist at OBRIO. You will face challenges such as identifying the unit economics of the new direction and building a transparent scaling model. You will adapt existing analytical tools to the new direction without losing speed and ensure a data-driven decision-making culture within the new team from the outset.

Your impact will be seen in partnerships with the Product Manager and Growth Marketing Manager to form a backlog of hypotheses, prioritize them, and make data-driven decisions. You will analyze key marketing, product, and operational metrics, identify bottlenecks, and generate actionable insights to achieve business goals. You will provide comprehensive analytical support for A/B tests—from hypothesis generation and experiment design to launch, results analysis, and recommendations. Additionally, you will adapt existing analytical processes to the new direction and create new ones as needed, implement alert systems for key business metrics, and investigate the causal relationships of their deviations.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with product and marketing stakeholders to align priorities and growth strategies.
  • Analyze key marketing, product, and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and generate actionable insights.
  • Provide comprehensive analytical support for A/B tests, from hypothesis generation to results analysis.
  • Adapt existing analytical processes to the new direction and create new ones as necessary.
  • Implement alert systems for key business metrics and investigate causal relationships of deviations.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in product or growth analytics.
  • Comfortable working in a zero to one environment with high uncertainty.
  • Strong understanding of unit economics and the impact of metrics on business.
  • Experience conducting and analyzing A/B tests.
  • Ability to build analytical processes or scale existing ones.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and able to argue positions with data.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with modern data tools and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with Data Mesh principles.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

What We Offer

  • Flexibility in work format—option to work from our offices in Kyiv, Lviv, Warsaw, or remotely, with support for comfortable conditions in three cities.
  • A strong growth environment—75% of our team consists of middle and senior specialists, allowing for rapid growth through challenging tasks and strong colleagues.
  • Support for physical and mental well-being—participation in the OBRIO Wellness Club, coverage for individual sports activities, and Spiritual Allowance for your balance.
  • Time for recovery—20 paid vacation days, unlimited sick leave, and the possibility of sabbatical leave.
  • Involvement in socially important initiatives—participation in charitable projects, volunteering, and support for mobilized colleagues and their families.
  • Investment in your professional development—separate budget for training, mentorship, and participation in top Ukrainian and international conferences.
  • Cool collaborations—partnering with Ukrainian brands and providing stylish OBRIO merchandise for festive occasions.

Join us at OBRIO and be part of a team that is shaping the future of spiritual self-development. Apply now for the Data Analyst remote position and help us make a meaningful impact!
