- Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day operations of the site.
- Lead by example and inspire your team to ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
- Mentor and train team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
- Assist with rostering to meet operational needs.
- Manage food preparation and handling in line with safety standards.
- Meet store budgets and KPIs.
- Engage in merchandising and stock rotation with creativity and precision.
Requirements
- A passion for customer service and team leadership.
- Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20kg regularly.
- Flexibility to work open shifts from Sunday to Thursday.
- Adaptable and confident in using technology.
- Must be 18 years or older at commencement.

- Experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Knowledge of safety standards in food handling.
- Previous experience in mentoring or training team members.
