What You'll Do

  • Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day operations of the site.
  • Lead by example and inspire your team to ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
  • Mentor and train team members to deliver outstanding service.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
  • Assist with rostering to meet operational needs.
  • Manage food preparation and handling in line with safety standards.
  • Meet store budgets and KPIs.
  • Engage in merchandising and stock rotation with creativity and precision.

Requirements

  • A passion for customer service and team leadership.
  • Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20kg regularly.
  • Flexibility to work open shifts from Sunday to Thursday.
  • Adaptable and confident in using technology.
  • Must be 18 years or older at commencement.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of safety standards in food handling.
  • Previous experience in mentoring or training team members.
