What You'll Do

• Delight our guests with exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences.
• Be a team player who supports and cares about the people around you.
• Multitask effectively, remain calm under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Engage with guests to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing the guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Nice to Have

• Experience with point-of-sale systems.
• Knowledge of food and beverage pairings.
• Previous experience in a remote working environment.
