About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Voice Customer Support Agent to join our team at Jobgether. In this role, you will provide empathetic and patient-focused assistance to healthcare clients while working remotely. Your effective communication and documentation skills will be essential in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Create, update, and maintain documentation related to client interactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Compose follow-up emails to confirm appointments and address client concerns effectively.
  • Manage client information within CRM systems, ensuring high accuracy and data integrity.
  • Provide administrative support, including calendar management, to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals for appointment scheduling and client follow-ups.
  • Compile and analyze client interaction data for service improvement and reporting.

Requirements

  • 2.5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High accuracy in managing documentation and CRM data.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive and flexible attitude, able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Preferable: experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a BPO environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and practices.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
