About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Video Editor to join Circle's Design Studio. In this role, you will own the editorial backbone of our video production pipeline, transforming raw footage into compelling stories that resonate with professional audiences. As a Remote Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in shaping narratives, setting pacing, and delivering polished cuts ready for animation.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with video producers on pre-production, scripting, and recording processes.
• Find the story in messy raw material and shape it into a coherent narrative.
• Set pacing and deliver a locked cut that is ready for animation.
• Work closely with animators to integrate motion graphics and UI sequences.
• Handle color grading, audio mixing, and final delivery of video projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with color grading and audio editing is a plus.
