Remote UX Researcher - User-Centered Design

About the Role

Fedi is looking for a Remote UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. As a Remote UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in enhancing user experiences across our product offerings. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and collaborate closely with designers and product managers to create user-centered designs that resonate with our audience.

What You'll Do

• Conduct usability tests, interviews, and surveys to gather valuable user insights.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to ensure our products meet user needs and expectations.
• Develop user personas and journey maps to guide the design process.
• Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders to influence product direction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX research methodologies, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with design tools and software is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Experience in a remote work environment.
