Remote UI/​UX Designer - Shape Digital Experiences

About the Role

We are looking for a Remote UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team and help shape the digital experiences of our startup. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence the visual identity and user interactions of our products. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing user experiences and brand recognition, making this a pivotal role in our organization.

What You'll Do

• Shape Brand Identity: Design a cohesive visual identity including logos, typography, and color palettes that reflect the startup’s vision.
• Craft Intuitive Digital Experiences: Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma to deliver user-focused product flows.
• Build a Standout Website: Design and develop a responsive, user-centric website from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate & Iterate: Work closely with the founder to refine designs, ensuring they align with the product vision and user needs.
• Conduct User Research: Engage in user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in startup environments.
• Strong background in delivering web-based SaaS projects, particularly in media.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and AI-based design solutions like framer.com.
• A strong portfolio showcasing branding (logos, brand systems) and UI/UX design for web applications.
• Experience creating and maintaining comprehensive brand guides and design systems.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and modern UX/UI best practices.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time in the EST timezone.
