Remote Technical Product Manager - AI Voice Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Technical Product Manager to lead our AI agent builder platform. This role is pivotal in transforming complex AI capabilities into user-friendly product experiences. As a Remote Technical Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of innovation, helping small and medium businesses leverage AI technology effectively.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute the product roadmap for the AI agent builder platform, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on technical architecture and feature development.
• Translate insights from over 200 partners and stakeholders into actionable product requirements.
• Drive product decisions using data, partner feedback, and competitive analysis.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, compliance, and partner success teams to ensure product success.
• Maintain deployment speed with a setup time of less than 3 minutes while expanding product capabilities.
• Build product specifications, manage backlogs, and lead agile development processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Strong technical background with the ability to engage in architecture and API discussions.
• Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience building developer-facing products (APIs, SDKs, platforms, or tools).
• Proven track record of shipping products that balance complexity with simplicity.
• Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.
• Startup experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Interviewing Process
