About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Technical Leader - Simulation Assisted Engineering to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of simulation-assisted engineering processes and tools that enhance design efficiency and accuracy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure the successful execution of engineering projects.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the technical direction and strategy for simulation-assisted engineering initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering, with a focus on simulation and modeling.
  • Proven track record in leading technical teams and projects in a remote setting.
  • Strong expertise in simulation tools such as Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, and other digital engineering tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in complex engineering scenarios.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in project management and familiarity with supply chain management principles.
  • Advanced degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the nuclear industry or government contracting.
  • Knowledge of hardware/firmware integration and applied mathematics.
  • Familiarity with dynamic process simulation and control systems.
