About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Technical Leader - Simulation Assisted Engineering to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of simulation-assisted engineering processes and tools that enhance design efficiency and accuracy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure the successful execution of engineering projects.
What You'll Do
- Lead the technical direction and strategy for simulation-assisted engineering initiatives.
- Develop and optimize engineering design processes using advanced simulation tools.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to engineering teams on best practices in simulation and modeling.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies and methodologies to improve design processes.

Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering, with a focus on simulation and modeling.
- Proven track record in leading technical teams and projects in a remote setting.
- Strong expertise in simulation tools such as Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, and other digital engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in complex engineering scenarios.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience in project management and familiarity with supply chain management principles.
- Advanced degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the nuclear industry or government contracting.
- Knowledge of hardware/firmware integration and applied mathematics.
- Familiarity with dynamic process simulation and control systems.
