About the Role

We are seeking a Graduate Actuarial Analyst to join Aon's Property & Specialty team in London. As a Graduate Actuarial Analyst, you will be involved in the technical delivery of projects and the communication of your findings to clients and brokers. What You'll Do

  • Data cleansing and preparation for actuarial analysis.
  • Conduct reinsurance pricing and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Build and test actuarial models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Present results and provide advice to clients and brokers effectively.
  • Engage in actuarial research and development to enhance methodologies.

Requirements

  • Highly numerate graduate with a strong academic background.
  • Experience in the London market or reinsurance is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis and manipulation.
  • Expert user of Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex ideas simply.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Project management skills to structure and administer project plans effectively.
  • Critical thinking abilities for problem diagnosis and solving.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with actuarial software and tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the insurance industry.
