• Conduct thorough candidate screenings to ensure a great fit for both the candidate and the company.
• Participate in the development of job descriptions and recruitment strategies that align with company goals.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities in our applicant tracking system.
• Contribute to a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly in the crypto and fintech sectors.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in the tech or crypto industry.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and market intelligence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Passion for the crypto industry and a desire to contribute to financial freedom and inclusion.
