Teaching Assistant - Machine Learning Data Associate (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant - Machine Learning Data Associate (remote) to join our team at Correlation One. In this role, you will support approximately 25-30 learners in our virtual training programs, ensuring their understanding and retention of machine learning concepts. This is a part-time, contract position that allows you to work remotely while making a significant impact in the AI education space.

What You'll Do

• Provide synchronous and asynchronous support to learners in both German and English.
• Engage with learners during live sessions, facilitating discussions and answering questions.
• Monitor Slack channels for learner inquiries and respond promptly.
• Conduct individual office hours via Zoom to assist learners with their questions.
• Grade learner submissions and provide constructive feedback within a week.
• Participate in weekly staff meetings and contribute to program improvement through insights and feedback.

Requirements

• Fluency in both German and English is required.
• Solid foundational understanding of machine learning concepts.
• Experience in a teaching or tutoring role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with learners effectively.
• Availability to work during scheduled program times from May 4, 2026, to September 23, 2026.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience with online learning platforms.
• Familiarity with Slack or similar communication tools.
• Experience in grading and providing feedback on technical projects.
