Remote Support Engineer - Chemistry & Biochemistry Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Support Engineer with a strong background in chemistry, biochemistry, or engineering. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge necessary to utilize our analytical instruments effectively. As a Remote Support Engineer, you'll be part of a global team committed to improving quality of life through innovative solutions.

What You'll Do

• Provide expert technical support for analytical instruments, including gas chromatography and mass spectrometry.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting hardware and software issues remotely.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on the use of our products and software.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for customer interactions and technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in technical support or customer service roles.
• Strong knowledge of analytical instrumentation and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and TCP/IP networking.
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English is required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP and MS Office.
• Familiarity with industrial automation and software engineering.
• Knowledge of microplate instruments and liquid handling systems.
