About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Strategy and Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and overseeing the implementation of key projects that enhance our SaaS offerings. As a Remote Strategy and Implementation Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for client projects in a remote working environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Utilize data analysis to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.
• Manage client relationships and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions for clients.
• Oversee the integration of SaaS solutions into client operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular project reviews and adjust strategies as necessary to meet client expectations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy implementation or project management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data validation and reporting.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of global payroll implementation processes is a plus.

• Experience in B2B sales and client engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with AWS, SQL, and data engineering concepts.
