About the Role

We are looking for an Apprentice Coating Technician to join our team at Lubrizol. As an Apprentice Coating Technician, you will work in a remote capacity, gaining valuable experience in the coatings industry.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the development and manufacturing of diverse coating materials and systems.
• Conduct quality checks on paints and coatings in the laboratory, documenting and analyzing measurement data.
• Participate in theoretical and practical training sessions to prepare for examinations.
• Identify and rectify coating defects, enhancing your problem-solving skills.
• Gain specialized knowledge in the application of surface additives and micronization of waxes.

Requirements

• Completion of secondary education (Realschulabschluss or Abitur).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and English.
• Strong aptitude for natural sciences.
• Reliability and ability to work in a team.
• Interest in pursuing further education as an industrial master or technician in coating technology.
