What You'll Do

  • Drive high growth sales while expanding our market presence across the US as a Remote Solutions Engineer.
  • Support strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration in key sectors and geographic markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, alliances, and enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives to provide tailored AI solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Track technical sales metrics and trends to ensure continued growth.
  • Support sales in developing business cases and gaining alignment from technical and operational decision makers.
  • Develop technical objection handling guidelines to support the sales team in effectively articulating the value proposition of Gather AI's solutions and overcoming customer objections.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, marketing, and other internal teams to align sales efforts with product development, marketing campaigns, and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the technology or robotics industry.
  • Demonstrated success in selling high-value, complex solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Experience in warehouse automation, supply chain, or logistics technology.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
