About the Role

What You'll Do

• Participate in the architecture, design, and implementation of Emma’s technology platform.
• Implement product features that enhance sleep quality and support Emma's core business.
• Develop, maintain, and operate your team’s tech stack, embracing full DevOps practices.
• Contribute to the improvement of our CI/CD and DevOps & SRE practices.
• Collaborate as part of an agile team, learning mobile development topics and perfecting your code.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Business Informatics, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, object-oriented programming, and software design patterns.
• Familiarity with JavaScript or Golang as your primary backend programming language.
• Awareness of the importance of maintaining a well-organized codebase and proper documentation.
• Some experience in software development and operational practices across the full software development lifecycle, ideally within an E-commerce environment.
• Self-organized, with strong analytical skills and a creative team player mindset.
• A public GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket account showcasing coding projects is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Typescript.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
• Interest in the sleep industry and its technologies.
