Demand Planner - Remote Opportunity at Kraft Heinz

About the Role

We are seeking a Demand Planner to join our team at Kraft Heinz. This remote Demand Planner position is crucial for managing the Demand Planning and SNOP routines for our commercial units in Turkey. You will lead the forecasting cycle in collaboration with the Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams, ensuring that we drive sales in the right direction.

What You'll Do

• Lead the SNOP (Sales and Operations Planning) cycle with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure effective collaboration within supply chain and commercial teams in demand planning operations.
• Identify demand forecast risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
• Analyze business trends and demand patterns to develop accurate demand plans.
• Assist in developing annual budgets and cost-effectiveness initiatives.
• Maintain training materials and organize training sessions for team members.
• Develop routine and ad-hoc demand-related reports for management.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Requirements

• A degree in Engineering or Business Management is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in demand planning or related roles.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
