About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Mediacurrent. As a Remote Senior UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our designs not only meet business objectives but also resonate with users.

What You'll Do

• Identify insights by analyzing client input, user research, and competitor data to drive the experience strategy.
• Conduct user research to uncover new insights and opportunities, understand current needs, and test potential design solutions.
• Translate experience objectives into tangible, meaningful, and useful solutions across digital products, services, and spaces.
• Create sketches, wireframes, storyboards, interactive prototypes, flowcharts, and other mediums to bring concepts to life.
• Drive and support your ideas through to the successful launch of projects, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• A degree or training in design or related fields such as Human-Computer Interaction.
• Solid grasp of responsive web design principles and technologies.
• Ability to iterate and create innovative design solutions based on user feedback.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with producers, strategists, designers, and developers.

Nice to Have

• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
