Remote Senior Program Manager - Global Expansion Services

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Senior Program Manager to join HSP Group, the premier provider of global expansion services. In this role, you will lead project consulting initiatives and ensure that our clients can navigate the complexities of international operations with ease. As a Remote Senior Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with innovative technology firms and scale-up organizations, helping them to expand their global footprint.

What You'll Do

• Lead project consulting initiatives for customer projects, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Meet annual billable targets as communicated by your line manager.
• Create project plans, rollout/transition plans, and RAIDS logs.
• Forecast Go Live dates to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers, maintaining strong relationships and open communication.
• Conduct recurring customer status update calls to keep stakeholders informed.
• Ensure smooth handovers to BAU operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership to identify productivity gaps and prioritize key initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management or project management.
• Deep expertise in service lines such as Accounting & Tax, Legal Entity Management, HR, and Payroll.
• Exceptional customer-facing skills and relationship management capabilities.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Proactive and diligent approach to work, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
