This is a critical role where you'll architect the backbone of how users move between fiat and crypto seamlessly. As a Remote Senior Product Manager, you'll tackle complex challenges around card processing optimization, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and conversion rate maximization—all while building the most reliable payments experience in crypto.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and optimization of our payments infrastructure, ensuring seamless transitions between fiat and crypto.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative payment solutions.
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to drive product improvements and enhancements.
• Manage regulatory compliance and ensure all payment processes meet industry standards.
• Work on fraud prevention strategies to protect user transactions and enhance security.
• Maximize conversion rates through data-driven decision-making and continuous testing.
• Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and team members effectively.
• Mentor junior product team members and contribute to their professional growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically in payments or fintech.
• Proven track record of managing complex product initiatives from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in financial services.
• Experience with regulatory compliance in payment processing.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in DeFi or cryptocurrency products.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of KYC and AML regulations.
