Warehouse Shift Supervisor - Fuel Depot Operations

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Shift Supervisor to join our team at Rompetrol's fuel depot in Mogosoaia. As a Warehouse Shift Supervisor, you will coordinate the activities of the fuel depot and oversee the staff during your shift. This role is crucial for ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently, adhering to company policies and legal regulations. This Warehouse Shift Supervisor position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team and make a significant impact in our operations.

What You'll Do

• Organize and supervise the qualitative and quantitative reception of petroleum products according to work instructions.
• Plan the unloading of railcars and communicate the breakdown of the train.
• Collaborate with the assigned manager to establish the configuration of the technological installation and allocate resources for its execution.
• Train truck drivers on the provisions of the "Loading Manual in Rompetrol Depots" and assist them in using the loading application.
• Participate in weekly, monthly, and annual inventory checks as planned or unannounced.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of administrative and storage spaces according to company standards.
• Monitor and ensure that subordinate staff follow procedures, work instructions, and operational manuals.
• Coordinate the activities of managers and operators during your shift and ensure tasks are completed to company standards.

Requirements

• Completed secondary education.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of MS Office at an intermediate level.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
