Junior Client Service Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Client Service Manager to join our team at Chapter5. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work on experiential and operational projects that bring brands closer to their audiences. You will play a vital role in managing client relationships and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do

• Participate in client meetings to gather information for briefs and understand client needs.
• Contribute to the preparation of proposals and maintain communication with clients for small-scale projects.
• Support the planning and coordination of actions, taking responsibility for small project segments under guidance.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables while receiving mentoring from senior team members.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions and prepare materials for presentations.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to implement specific tasks.
• Draft and update briefs, reports, and presentations with guidance.
• Manage small or supportive tasks in collaboration with suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in experiential marketing or account/project coordination.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Proficient in English.
• Knowledge of Soft1 will be considered an additional asset.
• Organizational skills, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with internal and external teams.
• Flexibility and multitasking ability in demanding environments.
