About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our innovative team at INFINIT, a fast-growing fintech scale-up. This Finance Manager remote position is an exciting opportunity to lead the build and implementation of our Core Banking System while taking ownership of financial operations. What You'll Do

• Collaborate with IT and Core Banking System integrators to configure the finance module.
• Define financial data flow and translate complex operational transactions into clear accounting logic.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the finance workstream, ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.
• Design and implement a robust internal control framework to enhance financial automation.
• Oversee statutory and regulatory reporting, ensuring data accuracy through automated frameworks.
• Act as the primary contact for external auditors, providing clean, system-generated data.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Audit (Big 4 preferred), Financial Consulting, or within a finance department of a FinTech/Financial Services company.
• Strong technical skills in general accounting and LuxGAAP/IFRS.
• Experience with ERP implementations or Core Banking Systems (e.g., Skaleet, Mambu, Temenos) is a significant advantage.
• A self-starter mindset with a willingness to dive into details.
