What You'll Do

• Architect and manage the Connected Care product portfolio, focusing on care coordination and integration with payers and clinical trials.
• Launch AI-driven cognitive assessments into major payer workflows, enhancing the standard of care.
• Define and deploy a brain health referral workflow that connects providers, payers, and clinical trials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of product strategies.
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
• Drive clinical innovation by partnering with stakeholders to address the challenges of underdiagnosis in dementia-related diseases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the health tech or digital health space.
• Proven track record of launching successful products in a high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including payer integration and clinical workflows.
• Experience with AI and data-driven product development.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
