About the Role

Join Sortimo as a Junior Accounts Payable Clerk in a remote capacity! This role is crucial for maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. You will be part of a dynamic team that values your input and fosters a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Process and verify incoming invoices using SAP with invoiceLINE.
• Clarify discrepancies in goods receipts, pricing, and quantities.
• Handle accounts payable reminders and ensure timely payments.
• Record credit card transactions and manage cash funds.
• Participate in exciting projects that enhance our financial processes.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (e.g., as a tax clerk, industrial clerk, or office clerk) or equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge of SAP FL is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Independent and structured work style with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Fluent in German and good command of English.
