About the Role

Equip Health is seeking a Remote Senior DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our cloud infrastructure and ensuring the reliability of our healthcare platform. This position allows you to work remotely, contributing to a mission-driven company that prioritizes access to effective treatment for eating disorders.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement a robust, scalable cloud platform that empowers our web and data engineering teams.
  • Lead best practices in cloud infrastructure architecture, CI/CD automation, and backend systems reliability.
  • Develop tools and automation across various frameworks to enhance service performance and availability.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve developer velocity and ensure operational excellence.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through proactive monitoring and root cause analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
  • Deep expertise in AWS and its ecosystem of services.
  • Proven track record of building cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Strong experience with container orchestration (ECS/Fargate, Docker) and serverless architectures.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CI/CD tools like CircleCI or GitLab CI.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as NewRelic or DataDog.
  • Experience in deploying and managing React applications on AWS.

  • Competitive salary ranging from $127,000 to $159,000 per year.
