Health & Safety Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Health & Safety Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Franke. This remote Health & Safety Coordinator position is ideal for someone who can work closely with every department to promote a positive Health & Safety culture throughout the business. You will actively implement and monitor Health & Safety systems while providing support and training to employees.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the development and implementation of safety programs and policies.
• Coordinate and monitor safe working systems and processes.
• Ensure that data regarding Health & Safety performance is captured and analyzed.
• Provide support and guidance on Health & Safety matters.
• Investigate accidents, identify root causes, and prepare remedial plans.
• Manage relationships with insurance providers.
• Ensure PPE is provided and used effectively.
• Ensure First Aiders and Fire Marshalls are trained and conduct evacuation and fire drills.
• Oversee all aspects of building and warehouse functions, guaranteeing the safety and functionality of facilities.

Requirements

• Degree or level 6 diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Health (desirable).
• Relevant qualification: NEBOSH, IOSH, or City & Guilds NVQ.
• 2 years of experience in Health & Safety.
• Good communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Analytical and data-focused.
