Join Voxel as a Remote Sales Director, where you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing safety through advanced computer vision and machine learning technologies. This role is pivotal in expanding our enterprise solutions within Fortune 500 companies, making a significant impact on operational safety and efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Own and drive full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to closing, ensuring a robust pipeline of manufacturing, logistics, and industrial prospects across the Midwest.
  • Lead consultative discovery sessions to identify customer workflows, safety pain points, and ROI drivers, positioning Voxel as a trusted partner in safety.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering teams to deliver a world-class evaluation experience for clients.
  • Craft compelling business cases that demonstrate measurable improvements in safety and efficiency, tailored to the needs of each client.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures, engaging multiple stakeholders and decision-makers to drive sales success.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM discipline, ensuring clear next steps and timelines for all opportunities.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer, providing insights to refine messaging, go-to-market strategies, and product priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, with a strong preference for SaaS and platforms in EHNS, business insights, or risk management.
  • Proven success in selling into operations and safety functions at large enterprises, ideally within the Fortune 500.
  • Deep expertise in account mapping, enterprise deal strategy, and multi-threaded stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce and data-driven sales execution.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Chicago or Midwest-based candidates preferred, with regular customer meetings across the Central & Midwest region.

  • Experience in AI or machine learning technologies.
  • Familiarity with risk management software solutions.
  • Strong network within the safety and operations sectors of Fortune 500 companies.
