Senior Internal Communications Manager - Remote

We are seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at QuillBot. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our internal communications strategy, ensuring that our employees are informed, aligned, and motivated. What You'll Do

• Execute and operationalize the internal communications strategy by transforming high-level goals into clear, actionable communications across various channels.
• Plan and deliver internal communications for QuillBot, including company-wide announcements and business updates.
• Develop messaging and materials for Town Hall meetings, AMAs, and other significant company moments.
• Draft and edit communications from executive and functional leaders, including strategy roll-outs and updates.
• Contribute to communication efforts that support core business rhythms, such as onboarding and progress reporting.
• Support cross-company communications efforts for Learneo, enhancing corporate messaging.
• Coordinate communications logistics and planning, maintaining comms calendars and managing internal channels (e.g., Slack, email).
• Collaborate with the People and Recruiting teams to support communications around HR programs and internal employer brand messaging.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, preferably in high-growth or global remote organizations.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong ability to advise and partner with executives while maintaining confidentiality.
• Proven track record in writing, editing, and delivering high-quality internal communications.
• Ability to translate complex strategies into clear, compelling communications across multiple channels.
